IS THERE A PURCHASE LIMIT?

The only purchase limit we have is the stock of our online store. If you want to make a wholesale purchase, send us an email to ventas@joannabraun.com

ARE THE PRICES OF THE ONLINE SHOP THE SAME AS IN THE SHOWROOM?

Both the showroom and the online shop handle the same prices.

CAN YOU RESERVE A PRODUCT IN THE ONLINE SHOP?

You cannot reserve or label products from our online shop. Payment is always made for the total amount of the purchase.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ARTICLE APPEARS IN PRE-ORDER?

It means that you can buy in advance the most exclusive products in the collection! They are produced in limited quantities, so you can reserve them and make sure you receive them as soon as they enter! In these cases the product is close to entering, but is not yet in stock; In the product detail, the estimated delivery time is shown.

IS THERE A STOCK ON ALL PRODUCTS PUBLISHED?

All the products we publish are in stock. If any size or color runs out, it will appear out of stock. Send us an email to ventas@joannabraun.com so we will notify you when there is stock.

WHY IS THE PRODUCT NOT IN THE ONLINE SHOP?

If you cannot find the product you are looking for in the online shop, it is because it is not yet available or is already out of stock.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS IDENTICAL TO YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS?

You will find the description of the product as well as its composition in the file. However depending on the browser or the screen from which the product is viewed, there may be a variation in terms of color.

Payment

CAN I ASK FOR AN INVOICE?

The invoices issued by our online shop are to the final consumer. If you need invoice A, send us an email to ventas@joannabraun.com after making your purchase, with all the necessary data, so we issue it.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

Payments at joannabraun.com.ar are made through the MercadoPago platform. You have 3 installments without interest with Amex, Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay in cash through coupons or bank transfer.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY ON THIS SITE?

www.joannabraun.com has a credit card collection system that is 100% secure. The numbers are encrypted and do not suffer any kind of threat in our data bank, being sent directly to the credit card administrator.

Shipping and delivery

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO ME?

Once the product is shipped, you will receive an email with your guide number to track online. You will be able to verify the status of your shipment through the tracking page of.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

It depends on the type of shipping you have selected. Keep in mind that if there is a holiday, the purchase is considered as if it was made the next business day. During special actions such as Cyber or promotions on the website, the processing, shipping and delivery times may be affected. Clients will be informed in due course of the respective delays.

CAN ANOTHER PERSON RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?

Your order can be received by anyone over the age of 18 who is at the registered address.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AND THE DELIVERY TIME HAS PASSED. WHAT I DO?

This is very unusual. Please contact us via email at ventas@joannabraun.com. Don’t forget to have your order number on hand.

CAN I WITHDRAW MY ORDER BY THE LOCAL?

You can choose to withdraw your order for free through our showroom in Recoleta: av. Liberatador 662. We will send you an email from ventas@joannabraun.com advising you. It is very important that you wait for this email before approaching the showroom!

CAN A THIRD PARTY WITHDRAW THE ORDER?

When you make the purchase and select a withdrawal at the store, you will be able to enter the name of the person who is going to withdraw it. You have to present yourself with the ID. In the caseof sending to withdraw by Glovo, Rappi, private courier motorcycle or any other person other than the one that appears on the invoice or authorized to withdraw, you must inform the customer servicevia email to ventas@joannabraun.com, informing that will be sent to withdraw by a third party and provide the name of the person who will do it.

DO WE LIST INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we have international shipments through DHL.

Returns

CAN I BUY A PRODUCT AND EXCHANGE IT?

Yes, changes can be made with your invoice up to 30 days after receiving your purchase.

CAN I BUY A PRODUCT AND RETURN IT?

Returns are only accepted in the event that the purchased product has a factory fault and is unused.
